BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The function of the board is to protect and increase property values by operating the association maintaining the common property, and enforcing the governing documents.
ARC COMMITTEE
The ARC is guidelines to help homeowners plan their property modifications in compliance with the deed restrictions in Articles VIII and IX of the WLCA Declaration. However, some of the guidelines have become outdated as Florida laws changed or new products became available. The ARC Guideline Committee was formed to address these issues.
